About Essential Yoga
Louise's (Essential Yoga) yoga classes bring physical, mental & spiritual wellbeing, providing a physical practice to stretch, strengthen & relax every body & mind. She supports each person, providing suitable options to meet their unique needs - all ages, genders, levels of fitness or experience.
Regular Wednesday 6pm classes run at Calstock village hall every week - a mindful hatha-based flowing practice with a blend of classic and more challenging poses, also including breathwork & stillness, leaving you feeling physically refreshed and rejuvenated, emotionally inspired and encouraged, and mentally amazingly calm and serene. The steady pace of classes allow thoughtful exploration and careful alignment, to nourish body and mind.
For private 1 to 1 or small group lessons, something for a retreat or festival or special event, or to provide corporate wellbeing sessions, contact Louise and she'll create nourishing tailored classes for you in hatha, gentle flow, yin &/or nidra styles. Tailoring classes and private sessions to those present, Louise draws on multiple influences for inspiration, and weaves .the changing seasons, yoga philosophy and themes from our natural world into each class, .
